Dogs are certainly man’s best friend, and we don’t want our pets dying because of bad dog food or pet food.

Diamond Pet Foods is a pet food maker based in South Carolina, that had some of their pet food contaminated by a mold called aflatoxin which resulted in the deaths of dozens of dogs nationwide.

The company is setting up a fund to reimburse pet owners for the loss of their dog, veterinarian bills and the cost of any unreturned contaminated food. That’s good to know but, its not going to bring back “good old Sam or Spotty, right?”

The truth is, many dog owners do not realize that there is a lot of bad dog food out there, and the results start to manifest later on in the form of canine ailments and diseases. Many dog owners are slowly killing their dogs with all that bad dog food they use.

There is a story of a man who in his search for the truth about the unexplained death of his dog, accidentally uncovers a multi billion dollar cover up responsible for 87% of dog deaths. You can read about this and the truth about commercial dog food and its link to the deaths of thousands of dogs across the US every day.
