I’ve been using the Smart Bro share it right after Ondoy since Our old Internet provider (Global Destiny)’s internet got affected by the Typhoon. Destiny didnt have the best service, but I must admit, their internet was fast and worth every penny. we had Destiny for 2 years and Only had internet problems once a month.

When I installed the Share It modem, few hours after that It got disconnected. I didn’t mind it at first, I thought it was just cause of Typhoon Ondoy.
After the first few months of having it, we gratefully regretted ever getting the Smart Bro share it.
I am home schooled and I take online classes, Having a bad internet connection affects my online classes. If this keeps up, I wont EVER graduate high school!

We are planning to have it terminated and switch to Sky Broadband (Almost everyone in our Building uses Sky Broadband, and they say its actually pretty fast) , But FartBro says we have to Pay our whole contract period, Which is 15,000 pesos. Are they on drugs? We will NOT pay 15 thousand pesos for a crappy internet provider!

and its not just the internet, I also have a Smart Gold Lite. After 2 months of using it, it says that I went over my call limit and i couldn’t send messages, so we payed our bill that was only 100 pesos over. So a week after paying the bill I expected that I could send texts again, still none, I gave it a month, Still not sending and they send us a bill again, we payed and payed for 3 more months, still couldn’t send messages.

I hope the Media finds out about this, I will Personally give my testimony against Smart’s crappy services.

Hi Roy, great video! Very organized way to learn how to brand yourself online + useful tips…

I’d also like to recommend a branding tool I’ve been using called LookUppage (www.lookuppage.com), used to create web pages, for personal or business purposes. The web page becomes visible on all search engines (highly visible on google’s first page!) and the service comes in free or premium versions.

Nai-stress ako sa sobrang kabagalan ng connection. Sobrang time consuming. Ipapa-disconnect ko na rin ang smart bro ko kasi magtatransffer na ako sa ibang place, hopefully, hindi ko ma-encounter ang ganitong mga problema. Goodluck sa akin.

ok nmn po…connection d2 samen …my peak hrs din……smart bro share it gamit ko….tataka lng me bket parehas lang ung sa smart at globe at sun na router nila….swerte nmn ung huawei corp……

plaging disconnect lang…..ndi ko maintindihan connected nmn ung router sa server ng smart pero sa pc ko ndi need pa kailangan restart ung router to connect my pc/laptop to net…..gnun b tlaga ang smart….set-up ko nmn sa router eh auto connect,……. bket parang ndi alam gagawin ung router kung coconnect pa????

Sobrang slow….minsan 1 minute bago lumitaw ang homepage. Gagawin ka pang tanga ng mga CS. Makikipag usap sa kanila ng 30 mins, walang ginawa kundi mag pa restart….kunin ang IP address…the worst —instruct ka pa mag delete ng browsing history. Kkakakakakiniiiiis na talaga, tatawag ba ko kung un lang ang problema ko? Last time sabi pa..baka hinangin daw ung antenna….grabe talaga!!! Hindi yata tama na magbayad para sa ganitong klaseng service. Sana pwede ireklamo sa imbestigador…XXX o kung san pa.

Great article Roy and I agree. ORM at it’s most basic level is very similar to brand management – provided the client is willing to engage (which surprisingly many aren’t).

sa aking experience ng smart bro plan 999 ang bagal grabe ang download speed 2.4 kb/s lang. tapos hindi ko pa ma contact ang technical nila kasi two weeks pa lang naikabit ito sasagutin ka lang ng voice answering machine na magbigay ng reference# paano yan e’ wala akong reference number. sana pagisipan ng smart bro na kung mag install sila i-verify nila ang location kung decent pa ba ang connection nila kasi ang connection nag depende sa kanilang cellsite kung malayo at medyo mabagal na huwang nalang nila ikabit ang smart bro nila kasi sayang lang ang pera na binayad namin mapunta lang sa wala. palagi lang sila nagbinta pero DAMN NOOB SHIT naman ang service nila.
